These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Viraluxa website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Products

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Viraluxa reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Viraluxa reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully processed.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through certified third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

6. Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time:
    • European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 working days
    • United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
    • South Africa: 8–12 working days
  • Shipping cost: Free for orders over €30.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at contact@viraluxa.com. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Legal Warranty

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects in accordance with applicable French and European legislation.

10. Liability

Viraluxa shall not be held liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

Viraluxa shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or technical failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. In case of dispute, consumers may seek an amicable solution before competent French courts.
